Our Mission
Craft, Corner. Consulting.
To Help Small to Mid-sized U.S. Craft Breweries Gain Access to New Markets, larger scales of economy, and achieve higher sales
We simply love craft beer. And we are making it our mission to make sure it is possible to buy a quality craft product in every retail store in the country, making it easier for consumers to find great craft products.
Our History
Craft, Corner. Consulting is founded on beer.
The company is based on the simple idea that craft beer is under represented in several large beer markets due to outdated legal restrictions, yet the challenges these restrictions present are minimal compared to the sales potential for craft beer in these markets.
Working at the Brewers Association in Boulder, Colorado, Xandy was able to make valuable connections as well as receive an ‘MBA’ in craft beer and started to think about how business was done in the industry. After talking with Ed Bustamante, who played a major role in the introduction of Imports in the 1970’s, he came to the conclusion that it was possible for mid-sized craft breweries to get the representation that they deserved. After many long nights, hundreds of hours of research, and consulting with many sales, marketing, and industry experts, a new sales and marketing concept was born.
The refined concept materialized as Craft, Corner. Consulting in 2009. A sales and marketing consultancy that specializes in helping mid-sized craft breweries gain access to new markets and the largest wholesaler’s in the country.
In January of 2012 Ed Bustamante took over as President of Craft, Corner. Consulting as Xandy left to co-found Elevation Beer Company in Colorado. The Company under Ed’s leadership looks to continue helping its Clients connect with wholesalers, manage markets, and increase its sales with a low market dollar investment.
Our Belief
A Beer’s market share should equal its quality.
Our Friends
We believe that craft beer is under represented in large chains, liquor stores, and restaurants across the country. The quality of a beer is what should decide its placement in an account not the size of the brewery.
